  • Starting July 1, 2017, you will be able to use Rabbit LINE Pay to purchase Top Ups. To celebrate our new payment channel, we are giving our customers a 50% bonus to online refills made through Rabbit LINE Pay until August 31, 2017. So when you Top Up 50, 100, 300,or 500 Bahts through Rabbit LINE Pay online topups, you will receive 75, 150, 450, or 750 Bahts respectively.

  • i-Kool customers who refill with scratch cards get a 50% bonus on top of the usual refill amount from now until May 31,2017. For every purchase of i-Kool 50 or 100 Baht Scratch Cards, you will receive 75 or 150 Baht with 30days respectively. These scratch cards are only available at i-Kool dealer shops and event locations.   • Today i-Kool customers can now use i-Kool points accumulated through top-ups in exchange for validity days now. You can check you current i-Kool points by dialing *700*5#.
       • redeem 3 days for 20 Points
       • redeem 7 days for 40 Points
       • redeem 30 days for 150 Points
    SIM's are required to be in an "Active" status at time of redemption. Customers can also exchange as often as they want, but can not accumulate more than 365 days. Please note that i-Kool points can only be applied to the same number where the points were accumulated on.

    In order to exchange your i-Kool points, please contact our Call Center at 02 333 3333 during business hours.

  • i-Kool will be running maintenance on our systems starting May 24, 8pm until May 25, 6am. Things that may be affected during this time include:
    - Selfcare Website
    - Online Refills through KBANK and Paysbuy
    - Purchasing Packages through Seflcare and *7888#
    - SIM Registration (dealers)
    - SMS notification messages from i-Kool's systems

    Subscribers may still purchase topups through Counter Service and refill by dialing *777*PIN# and check their balance through *700#.

  • For all customers that own a SIM where domestic roaming is available, you will automatically be able to roam on AIS's 2100MHz starting 2016/04/04.

  • Due to NBTC's announcement regarding the auction of the 900MHz frequency on Dec 15, 2015, i-Kool's domestic roaming privileges on AIS's 900MHz frequency will be terminated on Dec 22, 2015. Customers will still be able to continue using our services on TOT's 3G network as usual.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will be giving 250MB of bonus data to all active customers. Customers will start receiving their bonus on Dec 23, available to be used within 30 days from date received.

Please present your ID or passport with your i-Kool3G SIM to verify your identity and register at any of the following locations: i-Kool3G dealer shops, NBTC Branches, Registration booth at Loxley Building Klong Toey, our Mobile Service Center at Loxley Building Bangkhen. If you have any questions, contact our Call Center at 02 333 3333 for more information. Registration is free.

    Please remember to register your SIM at time of purchase.

  • KASIKORN BANK will suspend services temporarily for system and service efficiency improvements between July 17-19,2015. This will cause downtime for i-Kool's Top-Up service via all KBANK channels. Please be aware and prepare accordingly so your service is not disrupted. All other Top-Up channels will be available as usual.

  • The National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) now orders all mobile phone operators to require mandatory registration of all owners of prepaid SIM cards by end of July, otherwise their phone use will be cut off. Read more
